Q: Why did you start your business?

Nancy: After 25 years working in nonprofit organizations, I know that I had great perspective and experience to share. As a consultant, I can work with different organizations and raise the collective tide of our sector and community.

Q: What do you offer?

Nancy: SPI Consulting advances nonprofits through Strategy, Purpose and Impact. Through planning, training and coaching services, I work with nonprofit leaders and Boards of Directors to advance their mission – meeting them where they are and guiding their vision of where they want to be in the future.

Q: Why did you want photos?

Nancy: I have had three professional headshots throughout my career. In the first one, I look young, eager and curious. The second was corporate and stuffy! For this next phase, while I am still eager and curious, I want my first impression to also show that I am experienced and approachable.

Q: What advice do you have for other entrepreneurs?

Nancy: Follow your dreams, but do your planning. Value your experience but continue to be willing to learn.
